Consultation for Endline evaluation SIDA project

Assess and verify the outcomes/results achieved compared to the set objectives and how they have contributed to the fulfilment of the project goal, and to examine the effectiveness and sustainability of these achievements. Besides assessing the outcomes/results achieved, Plan is interested in this evaluation as a process of learning aimed at enhancing future SHHR thematic based on best practices and lessons learned gleaned from project implementation in order to consider and build on future interventions.
