The overall objective of the project is to facilitate job placement for unemployed/ low-skilled workers and improve their transition to employment. In cooperation with an Implementing partner (GL) that will identify job seekers, update training material, train, coach and guarantee employment of target beneficiaries, to achieve the following results: The proposed project overcame the following constraints which are always interrelated at all levels in impoverished marginalized communities starting from low standards of poverty, education, low-socio-economic conditions, low skills, and low youth and women employability rates; Bridging the gap between education and labour market needs: Youth Low employability rates in the selected areas Women’s development: Achieving the following results: Enhanced Capacity Building and development of low-skilled individuals and matchmaking techniques in labour market in several implementation governorates according to market needs and priorities. Improving the transition to employment of developed youth to facilitate their first formal transition into this market by providing them with relevant and required skills. Improving the technical, interpersonal and communication skills of jobseekers in the labour market to minimize turnover and enhance career promotion as well as responding to the impact of urgent crisis.
